My Fourth Of July Menu
We don’t have any big plans this year, just a quiet day here on the ranch. Of course that doesn’t mean we won’t have some good food! I am sharing my Fourth of July menu here so that if you’re still not sure what to make, this might inspire you.
Rose…not all day because I’m getting too old for that.
- 6 slices bacon, cooked
- 2 (28 ounce) cans baked beans
- ¼ cup yellow mustard
- ¾ cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350F, cook bacon in a skillet, remove and drain on paper towel. Mix beans, mustard, ketchup and brown sugar together in a 9×13 inch pan, stir in bacon and bake for 45 minutes.
