3 Ingredient Pancakes

Craving pancakes but don’t want the carbs? Try these 3 ingredient pancakes! Healthy, packed with Protein and so satisfying. These are perfect for a quick weekday morning breakfast.


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Butter or coconut oil for cooking


In a bowl or blender mix everything together until smooth. Heat butter or coconut oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat and ladle pancake batter into the pan. Cook 2-3 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through. Serve hot with warm maple syrup.


If you want to make these more than 3 ingredient pancakes, add some or all of these options.

  • A big pinch of Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • A handful of blueberries or strawberries
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • Top with almond butter
