Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles

As the Spring weather starts to warm up, it’s important to have some cool treats on hand in the freezer. These strawberry yogurt popsicles are healthy and refreshing. Fresh strawberries sweetened with just a touch of real maple syrup, balance out the tart flavor of Greek yogurt. You can get creative with any fruit you want. Blueberries, raspberries or peaches would be delicious!
Makes 8-10 popsicles depending on the size of your popsicle molds.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp maple syrup
Directions:
Place the strawberries in the blender and puree, add the yogurt, vanilla and maple syrup and blend until smooth.
Pour strawberry mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours or until frozen.
Remove from popsicle molds and enjoy!
I like to store the popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer.
