Fall Cocktail Hour

Happy Friday! Let’s kick off the weekend with a Fall cocktail hour. Apple butter cocktails and Boursin cheese stuffed dates with toasted bread are perfect together and very easy to make. Have a great weekend!
Serves 2
Ingredients for the cocktail:
- 4 oz gin
- 2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3-4 oz apple cider
- 2 tbsp apple butter
- 1/2 cup ice
Directions:
Shake everything together in a shaker, divide between 2 glasses and enjoy!
Ingredients for dates:
- 4 dates, pitted and sliced in half lengthwise
- Garlic and Herb Boursin Cheese
- French bread, sliced thin (8 pieces)
- olive oil
- Salt ans pepper
Directions:
Drizzle bread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, place on a sheet pan and toast in a 350F oven until golden, 8-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, using a small spoon, fill each date with the Boursin Cheese.
Plate up the dates and bread, grab your drink, turn on some music and enjoy your Fall cocktail hour.
