Super Green Smoothie

We start off almost every morning with a smoothie. This super green smoothie is a great basic recipe that you can get creative with and add onto to keep your daily smoothie exciting. It’s a great, healthy way to fuel your body for the day.

(makes 2 servings)


  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 scoops collagen powder
  • 2 handfuls super greens or spinach
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice


Place everything in a blender in the order that it’s listed above and blend until smooth. Divide into 2 glasses and enjoy!

This is a great base to add onto. From here, you could add 2 tbsp of any nut butter, 1 cup of fresh or frozen berries or pineapple.
