Infused Olive Oil

Infusing olive oil takes just 5 minutes to make and the options are endless. Plus, it keeps for a month in the refrigerator and can be used in so many ways. Here are a couple of infused oils you can make to add amazing flavor to pizza, pasta, meat, salads and more!

Garlic Infused Olive Oil:
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed

Directions:

Heat the oil in a small pot over low heat, add the garlic cloves and cook for about five minutes. Let oil cool and transfer to a glass jar.

Garlic Red Pepper Olive Oil:
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
  • Red pepper flakes to taste

Follow same directions from above, then add pepper flakes off the heat.

Garlic And Herb Olive Oil:
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 sprig fresh oregano

Follow same directions from above, then add herbs off the heat.

These are just a few options, use your imagination to create other oils.
